How much should i pay for old car insurance?

For my car  insurance  I've full coverage. Possess a $500 deductible to correct a window that is shattered. Is the fact that normal?
I wondered since im 19 years-old  insurance  could be? I have 0 tickets and 0 crashes. Is it possible when i wont be operating it for like a summer then cease paying it for the winter time to get  insurance
